Meet our Founder Quincy

The Intention, the Why ?

Quincy's decision to establish DEIPeople.com was deeply influenced by his unique personal journey. As an immigrant, a cisgender male of African, East Asian and European descent, and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, he has recognized the unique perspective facing many. These personal insights, combined with over 30+ year experience in DEI, spurred him to create a platform where Diversity and Equity would be practiced universally. DEIPeople.com emerged as an extension of Quincy's vision to give every voice a platform, every human story its due recognition, and to foster empowerment for all humanity.

Educated at the University of Cambridge, University of South Florida and University of Guyana; Quincy's academic foundation played a pivotal role in shaping his approach to DEI. Drawing from this rich educational background and vast operations and life experiences in the Americas and Caribbean, DEIPeople.com was envisioned as a space where empathy, knowledge, and actionable DEI initiatives converge.

In founding DEIPeople.com, Quincy sought to channel his DEI gifts and that of his team to create tangible change, emphasizing leadership that harmoniously blends vision, heart, and purpose.
